Smudging is a sacred practice of cleansing spaces, objects, or individuals by burning herbs, incense, or other natural materials to clear away negative energy and promote positive vibrations. This smudging bundle combines the powerful properties of White Sage and Lavender to bring balance and healing.

• Always smudge in a well-ventilated area.
• Hold the bundle at a 45-degree angle when igniting.
• Never leave the bundle unattended while burning.
• Smudging produces ash and embers—handle with care.
• When not in use, place the bundle in a non-flammable bowl to catch any ash and embers.
