Currently, all sessions are facilitated in person by a trained Reiki practitioner.
At the heart of the Mom Yourself Method™ is Reiki, a gentle energy healing practice that encourages deep relaxation, energetic balance, and alignment of the body’s natural flow.
Within this personalized experience, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques may also be integrated during a relaxed, meditative Reiki state to support positive mindset shifts, emotional grounding, and personal growth.
