Exchanges and Returns

Damages and Order issues


Orders are carefully and intentionally packed to ensure a succesful delivery

However, circumstances can occur when the entire package or items within the package can get damaged during transit.

If for any reason the package you receive is damaged, you can email (customercare@alittlepieceofzenven.com) a picture of the damaged product or package and resolution will be offered.


Exceptions like non-returnable items or items with return limitations

  • Gift card can not and will not be refunded for any reason or circumstance.
  • If the re-issuance of a gift card is needed one can be re-emailed to the recipient or customer.


Exchanges and Refunds


Exchanges


  • Exchanges are available within 14 days of purchase date and upon contact of Customer Care via email customercare@alittlepieceofzenven.com or text @ 801-707-0850 (please inculde your order number)
  • Only two exchanges can be offered per year, per customer (if a third orders needs to be exchanged within that year, no future orders will be accepted from the customer) we're a Spritiual Boutique and money is energy and not all energy needs to be exchanged and for this reason it may be that our boutique isn't suited for you.
  • Exchanges can be made on most pieces within our boutique
  • The exchange process can take up to 30 days to successfully be processed
  • If the piece exchanged is lesser than the original cost of the new exchanged piece the difference will be refunded to the original payment method used when placing the order
  • If the piece exchanged is greater than the originally exchanged piece the cost will be adjusted via an invoice and the order amount will need to be cleared before the new piece is shipped
  • The exchange shipping cost for the new exchanged piece will also be added to an invoice and needs to be cleared before the new piece ships out


Refunds


  • Returns are available within 7 days of the purchase date (item must have at least 75% of content remaining)
  • Only one return can be offered per year, per customer (if a second order needs to be returned within that year, no future orders will be accepted from the customer) we're a Spritiual Boutique and money is energy and not all energy needs to be accepted and for this reason our boutique isn't suited for you.
  • Returns are processed to the same method of payment used when placing the order.
  • A 5% return fee will apply to the refund amount after the return has been received and processed
