International and Local Shipping Options

At this time, A little piece of ZenVen LLC ships within the U.S. and Canada only. We do not offer international shipping outside these areas.

Supported Shipping Zones

• Utah (Salt Lake City & surrounding areas): Customers in these regions can choose contactless pickup for their orders.
• All 50 Domestic U.S. states: Orders can be shipped to any state within the U.S.

Shipping Costs

• Free Shipping: Enjoy free flat-rate shipping on orders over $50.
• Standard Shipping Rates: Range from $7.50 to $21.00, depending on location and package size.
• Priority & 2-Day Shipping: Available for an additional fee.

Return, Exchange, and Lost/Damaged Package Policy

• Returns: Available upon contacting ZenVen Care (email: customercare@alittlepieceofzenven.com). A 5% restocking fee will apply to refunds.
• Exchanges: Available within 14 days of receipt. Email customercare@alittlepieceofzenven.com to initiate. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the difference in exchange.
• Lost Packages:
• For customer address errors, a 15% reshipping fee will apply, or you may opt for a 30% refund of the order total.
• If the error is due to A little piece of ZenVen LLC, we will re-ship the order at no cost to you.
• If the issue lies with the shipping partner, we will refund your order and provide a reshipment with a 20% discount on future purchases.
• Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, contact us, and we will provide a resolution within 14 business days.

Order Processing and Delivery Times

• Order Packing Days: We pack orders 7 days a week, except for major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Eve, and Juneteenth).
• Order Preparation Time: 2-4 days.
• Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (17:00) will be processed the following day.
• Estimated Delivery Time: 3-10 days.

Payment Options

• In-Person Pickup: We accept Cash, CashApp, or Venmo.
• Website Payments: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Credit/Debit Cards, and PayPal are accepted.

Payment Requirements and Instructions

• All orders must be paid in full before shipment or hand delivery. Accepted payment methods include authorized Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, CashApp, and Venmo (for in-person pickup only).
