Currently Gina is the Reiki Practioner here at A Little piece of ZenVen.
All Chakral Alignments are performed in person by our Reiki Practitioner.
Gina uses a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) method to aide one along their Chakral alignment journey. NLP is a used to assist one in changing their thoughts and behaviors to help them achieve a desired outcome/s for themselves. This method has been proven to reduce anxiety and improve one's overall wellbeing. Reiki works on breaking up and clearing out our energy channels from negativity
These energy channels are called Chakra's
- Chakral Alignment is performed by using a non invasive methods throughways of Reiki
- Reiki is holistic; it treats the whole person (mind, body and spirit)
